[Two to four sentences about this hero and why they were selected.]
Every month, Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Logan recognizes one neighbor who quietly makes our area a better place to live. The teachers, coaches, nurses, first responders, veterans, volunteers and everyday helpers who rarely get the credit they deserve, all belong here. Know someone like that? Tell us their story.
Nominate a Hero See Past Heroes
The Heritage Hometown Hero program is our way of shining a light on the people who show up every single day without expecting anything in return. The teacher who stays late. The coach who becomes a mentor. The nurse who works another double. The neighbor who plows half the street before sunrise.
Each month our team reviews every nomination we receive and selects one Heritage Hometown Hero. We reach out to the person, learn more about their story, and share it across the Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Logan social media pages so the whole community can celebrate with us.
Nominating someone takes about five minutes, and it might mean the world to them.
From the moment you hit submit to the day we share their story, here's what happens.
Fill out the short form below and tell us who they are and why they deserve to be recognized.
Our team reads each nomination that comes in and considers all of them for the monthly selection.
We contact the selected hero (and you) to learn more, gather a photo and confirm the details.
We feature their story on our social media pages and right here on this page for the valley to see.
If someone in our area goes above and beyond for other people, they belong here. These are just a starting point.
Classroom teachers, aides, bus drivers, custodians, lunch staff and counselors who go the extra mile for students.
Police officers, firefighters, EMTs, dispatchers and search-and-rescue volunteers who answer the call.
Nurses, aides, therapists and the family caregivers who quietly carry someone else through the hard days.
The mentors who build character on the field, on the court and in every program that shapes our kids.
Those who served, and those who keep serving through food banks, shelters, churches and community groups.
Organizers, advocates, small business owners and students making a real difference close to home.
Takes about five minutes. Fields marked with an asterisk are required. Everything else is optional.
